Refund policy

We want you to feel at home with every Whistle Pig Pines product. If something doesn't feel right, we'll do our best to make it right. 

Returns + Exchanges:

• You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. 
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Exclusions: Custom products, perishable goods, and discounted items are non-returnable unless defective. 

Refunds:

• Are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. 
• If you prefer, we can provide store credit toward your next purchase. 

Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. 
• If you order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us right away -- we'll cover the return and replacement.
